A Time That Was
Look in the mirror do you like what you see?
Where is the person you wanted to be?
Is the image of one on which you could depend?
If you met you today would you call you a friend?
Life was so simple, a world without care,
A time that was, in my mind I’m still there,
I’ve taken these steps, I’d go back if I could,
That was the time when I was most understood.

A very personal and "from the heart" release. Beautifully recorded with vibes of meditation. Mesmerising - great production too. Very unique. Nothing to compare it with. Ra Rising

Billed as the masters of symphonic prog this album is an interesting of styles and influences. Folky in parts, rocky in others.
Vocals are good and male for a change. Both lyrics and music are involving and all in all this album is a good listen.
I will be looking at The Gift's other offerings. Russell Whyman
